1. We offer a 15-day replacement policy in case of defects in our products.

2. When placing your order, please be sure to review the product description and warranty information. The only products eligible for this process are those marked eligible for replacement or return. A photo & video showing the defects of the item found must be presented when requesting a replacement.

3. Customer must bear the shipping cost for both routes, even if the product is replaced within the warranty period.

4. T-con Boards are not covered by warranty or refund.

5. Warranty or refunds are not available for items that are listed as non-eligible in the product description.

6. In the event that our supplied product is working, but the customer has identified other defects in their gadget and wants to return the product. A 30% deduction will apply in such a case, and only 70% of your payment will be refunded. However, returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition in, which they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

7. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

8. For the eligible products, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item, Ossywud Technologies Pvt. Ltd will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

9. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

10. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

11. Ossywud Technologies Pvt. Ltd will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

13. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

14. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Delivery, Cancellation & Returns Policy for www.ossywud.in

1.General

TSubject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2.Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price excluding shipping cost to the customer. <\p>

3. Returns

Note : Not all the products are accepted for returns. Please refer to the Product conditions of each item. However, the eligible items terms are as follows.

3.1 Return Due to Damage or Defective

All the products sold through www.ossywud.in found to be in defective and damaged condition may be returned within 48 hours of delivery, however, this is subject to the fulfilment of other requirements. Please take note of below mentioned points:

·       It is advised to you that after receiving the products please make sure you make a video before opening the package.

·       Those claims reached to us within 48 hours of the delivery shall only be entertained for the defective claims.

·       You need to submit all the necessary proof to substantiate that you have purchased the products from www.ossywud.in

·       In order to return the product, the customer has to make sure that the product is in unused and original condition, include all the accessories, parts, price tags, labels, original and non-damaged box in which the product has been received, original transit worthy outer packaging to pack and return, Brand retail packaging in fresh original condition as was received, invoice, original packaging of the product.

·       If the product is found to be used then it would not be eligible for return/replacement. In case it is noticed by us that the customer has returned a product that has not been purchased from www.ossywud.in then the customer will be liable to face severe legal consequences as applicable and time being in force for such act.

·       Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

·       Some products are not returnable. These products are marked non-returnable on product detail page.

·       Any offer availed with a cart level criterion shall be reversed and debited to the refund amount whenever a partial return is requested which disqualifies the applicability of the said criterion.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Ossywud Technologies Pvt. Ltd will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 5 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Ossywud Technologies Pvt. Ltd to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Warranty claim is subject to eligibility of product, please refer the product details and description to know if the product being ordered is eligible for return / replacement or not. However, for eligible products. Once warranty claim is confirmed you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of ordered value.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Ossywud Technologies Pvt. Ltd will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax / GST

Tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
